Project summary

InThisTogether is an interactive experiment blending elements of new circus performance with social research to delve into trust, shared responsibility, and collective risk-taking. Both audience and performers engage in games and challenges to explore these concepts, deeply embedded in circus acts, like partner and aerial acrobatics. Active audience participation is crucial, as they respond to questions, tackle tasks, and influence the acts' outcomes within a set of rules. The constantly changing environment of these activities reveals varying behavioural patterns, highlighting how settings shape our willingness to trust and collaborate. OneTwoMany Collective aims to elevate their study to an international scale, exploring the innate goodness in people through their performances.

OneTwoMany Collective

Biography: OneTwoMany was formed in 2022 as a collaboration between Sophie Zoletnik, Marton Csuzi and Lennart Paar after having worked on several projects together over previous years.
Marton brings a wealth of experience from contemporary dance and parkour and sound design, while Sophie and Lennart contribute with a background of new circus, partner and aerial acrobatics, rigging expertise as well as object manipulation. The vision of the young company is to bring together many different talents as well as build bridges between the Hungarian and regional performance and movement communities. Creating, promoting and enabling shows that bring together experimental ideas but are at their core entertaining, spreading a love for movement and creativity.
