Project summary

Accompany ME is a new circus company combining the talents of two young artists: Monika Neverauskaitė (Lithuania) and Elena Damasio (Italy). They both studied at Codarts in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in the discipline of Cyr Wheel. Monika is the first professional contemporary circus artist from Lithuania. That is why we are supporting her first show, which she is the author of, with a final residency and premiere in her home country. We have planned an additional residency to adapt the show for outdoor performances, increasing its touring potential. Cirkuliacija and Spoffin decided to work together and support first-time authors whose work we believe in artistically. Also we want to increase the representation of female authors and the diversity of possible relationships they present.
